Minimal Collage Landscapes
A gentle creative reset.
This class invites you to slow down and return to simplicity.
Using torn paper strips and a minimal collage approach, we’ll create calm, abstract landscape compositions.
You’ll work with repurposed materials – like saved gift wrap – combined with quieter, neutral papers to explore contrast and balance.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about making space, doing less, and giving yourself time to create.
You’ll discover how to:
- Explore horizontal composition, contrast, and visual calm
- Work intuitively with found and repurposed papers
- Practice a slow, mindful creative process
You’ll only need basic materials:
A sturdy base paper (watercolor, drawing, or mixed media paper), collage papers (gift wrap, colored paper, magazine or book pages, neutral papers), glue stick, optional scissors (we’ll mostly tear by hand).
